A Temporary Performance Installation as part of the 375th Anniversary Celebrations.
After a student design-build competition as part of a variety of activities to celebrate the 375th anniversary of Montreal the Borough of Saint-Laurent inaugurated a new public square in June 2017.
The new public square is in a high-profile location at the entrance to the Cote-Vertu Metro station offering a showcase for the talents of Vanier students and an opportunity to engage in the local Montreal 375 celebrations.
The Borough committed a budget of $4000, transportation, and technical support towards the project, and there is an intention to make this an annual event.
